Miro uses the system of recurring payments - your card is automatically charged at the end of every billing period. If you'd like to stop further renewals, cancel your subscription in the settings at any moment. Here's how you can do that.
Set up by: Team Admins (on Team plan), Company Admins (on Business, Consultant plan), Billing Admins
To cancel your subscription, you need to open settings of your paid team. If you're a member of several teams, switch to your paid account on the left sidebar of your dashboard and get to team settings by choosing an option in the dropdown menu under the team name.
Gettings to Team settings
Open Billing > Overview and click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page. Click Cancel subscription on the pop-up that will appear to confirm the cancellation.

On Consultant plan, to get to Billing settings, you need to open Company settings first.
Getting to Company settings on Consultant plan
Once you cancel the subscription, all account Admins receive an email "Your subscription is set to expire". If you have an unpaid invoice for additional licenses, your card is charged immediately at the moment of cancellation.
Once the subscription is set to be canceled, you cannot change team size/change plan unless you re-activate it.
Please note that you will not get a refund for unused time but will be able to use paid features until the end of the paid period. When the billing period ends, your account will be locked for all the team members and you will be able to downgrade it to Free plan or renew your subscription at any moment. The boards will not get deleted. More information can be found here: What happens when a subscription expires.
You'll be able to re-activate your subscription before it's expired whenever you wish in the Overview tab of the Billing settings.

⚠️ Note that removing your profile will not end your subscription. To stop automatic payments, you need to cancel your subscription first.
