Account roles
There are several possible roles within the Enterprise accounts in Miro. Roles define users' access level to the account content and settings.
Company Admin — can see and manage all the teams on the Enterprise account.
Member — can create and edit boards; sees but can’t manage the account.
Guest — can view, comment, edit (on some accounts) only boards that they are invited to; can’t create and own boards. Can’t see the account or teams.
Team Admin (in Team settings) - can manage particular team's attributes.

License consumption
There are several possible license types that you can assign to users. The license defines whether you need to pay for user access to the account.
Full — unlimited usage.
Free — on standard accounts (without Flexible Licensing Program), viewing and commenting option for guests only. On Enterprise subscriptions with Flexible Licensing Program activated, there can also be members with Free license who are automatically converted to Full once they use a paid feature (creates a new board or starts editing a board in the account or gets invited to edit a board in the account). Learn more in the article: License management on FLP subscriptions.
Free Restricted - viewing and commenting with the option to request editing access. On standard (non-FLP) Enterprise accounts, Free Restricted is assigned as soon as the subscription runs out of paid Full licenses. On FLP accounts, users can be assigned Free Restricted license automatically when joining the account or by Company Admin. Learn more in the article: Free Restricted license.
