AI Terms apply to your use of Miro AI as part of the Miro Services. The AI Terms don't modify the existing Agreement between Miro and you but expand on the same to address Miro AI specifically, and all existing Agreement terms remain unchanged.
Availability is still being rolled out, so some accounts may not have Connectors enabled yet.
Miro Connectors allow you to power AI workflows with rich context and data from your corporate tools. Connectors can securely pull in context, reference data, summarize information, and take action directly in your workflow, without leaving Miro. Once a connector is set up, any Sidekick or Flow you build can reference that tool's data as part of its workflow.
Important to know
- Availability of Connectors varies per Miro plan type.
- Connectors may require approval by the Miro company admin.
- Connectors are available via Miro Sidekicks and Flows.
- Admins can manage Connectors like any other apps and integrations.
- Some Connectors, such as Microsoft Copilot and Gemini Enterprise, require paid licenses with the respective provider.
💡 Connectors for Miro AI let Miro AI call out to your other tools. This is different from the Miro MCP Server, which lets external AI tools connect in to read from and write to your Miro boards.

Key Connector capabilities
- Unified context, no tool-switching: Nearly every connector pulls content (emails, docs, chats, tickets, meeting notes, roadmaps, CRM records) from external tools directly into the canvas, so you don't have to copy-paste or jump between apps to get the context you need.
- Search and retrieval as a foundation: A shared baseline capability is searching and reading data (messages, files, issues, records, analytics) from the connected tool, respecting your existing permissions so nothing is exposed beyond what you'd already see.
- Bi-directional sync for work tracking: Atlassian (Jira), Asana, and Linear can bring synced work items onto the canvas as cards, tables, timelines, or kanban views, so updates stay in sync across both tools.
- Natural-language creation and updates: Many connectors let you create or update records, and generate tasks, issues, docs, or dashboards using plain language instead of manual data entry or SQL, lowering the skill barrier for non-technical users.
- AI-assisted analysis and drafting: Several connectors add a layer of AI reasoning on top of raw data access — summarizing threads, extracting action items, drafting responses, running analytics queries, or generating artifacts (PRDs, diagrams, reports) grounded in real organizational data.
How to access Connectors
- Open a Sidekick or Flow.
- In the Sidekick or Flow prompt bar, click +.
You see the available Connectors. - Find the tool you want, then click Connect.
- Complete the authorization flow when prompted.
Once connected, you can use the connector in Sidekicks and Flows.
