Presenting with Miro
Ways to present in Miro
Miro offers three ways to present: Board, Frames, and Activities.
Present Board
Guide collaborators through the board by navigating across the canvas in free mode. Your participants will follow your view on the board in full screen.
Present Frames
Present your board as a slideshow presentation. Each frame acts as a slide. You can switch between the frames by using the arrow icons in the presenters toolbar at the bottom of your screen, or use your arrow keys.
You can change the order of your slides in advance in the board overview, found in the bottom-left corner of your board. While presenting your frames or slides, you can also pan around to other parts of the board and then return to presenting your frames by clicking on the arrow in the presenter bar.
Present Activities
Present frames with activities to help facilitate a more collaborative session — great for workshops and guided meetings.
Open the Activities panel to add activity apps to frames, and change participant permissions for collaboration tools.
How to present
Click on the arrow next to the Present button in the top-right corner of your board and select one of the present options.
If you directly click Present, the presentation mode will depend on whether you have frames. If you’ve added frames to your presentation you’ll present in Frames mode. If not, you’ll present in Board mode.
You can exit presentation mode by pressing Escape on your keyboard, or by clicking Stop in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.

Managing presentation frames
Miro frames are the slides of your presentation. You can manage your frames by clicking on the sidebar icon in the lower left-hand corner of your Miro board. This will open up the Frames panel. From there you can set the order of frames by simply clicking and dragging the frames on the sidebar.
You can rename a frame by clicking on the field below the frame. If you click on the three dots next to a frame's name, you’ll also have more options to hide the frame, export the frame, add another frame, copy the frame link, and delete the frame.
💡 Use Magic organize to rearrange frames automatically.
