The new Business + AI Workflows plan is now available to purchase. The new plan includes all existing Business features, plus AI Workflows and advanced features that help teams coordinate, visualize, and automate their work.
What’s included in the new Business plan?
The Business + AI Workflows plan includes Sidekicks, specialized AI agents that work alongside your team on every canvas, and Flows, visual AI workflows that transform your canvas content into deliverables like prototypes, documents, or diagrams.
The new plan also includes the following advanced features:
- Knowledge integrations
- 50 AI credits per member per month.

- Records nesting
- TreeView visualization
- Approval and status workflows
- Model content protocol (MCP) server

Impact on existing Business plan customers
Existing Business plan customers can continue using their Business subscription without disruption. Upgrading to the new Business + AI Workflows plan is voluntary.
Miro will sunset the existing Business plan in approximately 1 year. Existing customers who do not upgrade will receive advance notice before any changes occur. After which, Sidekicks and Flows will have limited functionality.
✏️ If you have a coupon applied to your existing Business plan, then your coupon is retained when you upgrade to the new Business + AI Workflows plan.
How to upgrade
Company admins can upgrade anytime. In Admin Console, go to Billing > Subscription.
