Miro plans are flexible, which means you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Downgrading Business Plan or Starter Plan to Free Plan
- Your three most recently created boards will remain active. All other boards will be view-only.
- You will not be able to modify or delete your projects.
- Custom templates will not be available.
- Your Billing settings will be hidden after downgrading, so we recommend downloading your post-payment invoices.
- If there are outstanding payments for additional seats (licenses), your card will be charged as soon as you cancel.
- As Free Plan does not support private boards, these will be locked. Learn how to unlock your private boards.
Downgrading Business Plan to Starter Plan (Beta)
- Your Business Plan subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
- You can update your payment information anytime during the downgrade, and it will automatically apply to your billing settings.
- You can continue to add or remove licenses during the downgrade, and adjustments to your subscription will be calculated using prorated billing.
- If you set up multiple workspaces, they will be merged into a single team including all users and boards.
- Guests will lose editing access to boards, and will no longer be required to sign in.
- If you had a multi-team set up, then these will merge into one team.
