Active Users: Rights Management
Check all the members of your team in the Active Users tab, invite new members, delete members from the team, search members by name or email, sort the list by name, role or last activity date.
Team User Management
Please note that the last activity date implies the last time a user opened a board in this particular team.
Viewers or Commenters invited to particular boards within the team are listed in the settings as Non-team users. You may easily change Non-team users to Members with the help of Bulk Actions option:
Bulk action to change non-team users to members
Business plan admins can convert Members to Non-team users by choosing the corresponding option on the user's menu. As soon as the user is converted, they will be removed from the team and their boards will be reassigned to an admin. They will still have access to boards they were explicitly invited to.
If Day Passes are activated, there is also an option to invite Occasional users and convert their licenses. Please take a look at this page for more details: Day Passes for Business and Consultant Plans.
The option to convert a Member to Non-team user
To convert a Member to a Non-team user on the Team plan, remove the user from the team and invite them to particular boards with view/comment rights.
Non-registered invited users who haven't confirmed the invitation yet will also be shown in the Active users section. It is possible to revoke the invitation in the three-dot menu.
Invited user menu
If you need to assign another team member admin rights, choose Grant Team Admin in the three-dot menu and Revoke it at any point later.
